WELCA

 WELCA, Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America gathers for service, study, and fellowship. All women of the church are invited and welcome to attend. We meet the second Monday of every month at 11:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall for lunch, bible study or devotion, a meeting, and fellowship. In the months of July, August, and December the group has lunch at a local restaurant. WELCA is involved with several projects - Lutheran World Relief Kits, lunch for Good News at Noon, donations to South Hall Food Pantry, My Sisters Place, and assistance with church receptions. The mission statement is Christian discipleship is about learning how to live a life like Christ would want us to live and spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.
